Description
Unredeemed is a horde-survival roguelite set in Dante's Inferno, made for phones. You steer with one thumb while your weapons fire on their own, surviving thirty minutes in each of the nine circles of hell. Each circle is three worlds stacked on top of each other, and when the floor cracks you fall into the next. Enemies fight in shield walls and banner-led crowds, bosses like the Boatman, the Lovers and the Temptress hunt you with telegraphed attacks, and eight weapons evolve into hellish forms. It's free, with no energy, no timers and no paid power; ads appear only when you choose to watch one.
History
VIZN Labs is a one-person studio. Unredeemed began as a love letter to the survivors genre with one question: what if the horde had tactics and the bosses had real fights? It's built in Godot, designed in portrait for one hand from the first prototype, and inspired by Doré's engravings of the Inferno.
Features
- The descent: fall through the floor of hell into the next area mid-run.
- Real bosses: arrival cards, telegraphed attacks, patterns that change as the fight goes on.
- Enemies with roles: shield walls, banner crowds, beam-casting Watchers, horn-blowing Heralds, storm-riding Sirens.
- 8 weapons, 13 relics, 8 evolutions; reroll, skip and banish to steer every build.
- Descend or endure: at 30:00, end the run with your rewards or keep going in an endless mode that scales every minute.
- Hall of the Damned: your 20 longest runs, with the full build that made each one.
- One thumb, portrait, offline; pause mid-run and pick it up later.
- Fair by design: no energy, no timers, no paid power; ads only when you choose.
