Unredeemed ("the game") is made by VIZN Labs ("we", "us"), based in Texas, USA. This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have.
The short version. The game has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or contacts. Your progress is saved on your device. We use Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads, and GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played. Both receive information from your device, as described below.
1. Information we collect
| What | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress (gold, unlocks, records, settings) | Stored only on your device | To save your game. We never receive it. |
| Gameplay events, such as runs started and finished, time survived, bosses defeated, ads watched and purchases made | GameAnalytics, using a random identifier created by the game | To find out which parts of the game work and which need fixing |
| Device information: model, operating system, language, country, app version | GameAnalytics and Google AdMob | Analytics, and showing ads that work on your device |
| Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) | Google AdMob | To show and measure ads. On iOS the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking when asked. |
| Approximate location derived from your IP address | Google AdMob | To show ads suited to your region and to follow local law |
| Purchase information | Apple App Store or Google Play | To unlock what you bought. Apple or Google handle the payment; we never see your payment details. |
| Crash and performance reports | Apple and Google, if you've agreed to share them with developers | To fix crashes |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
2. Ads
Ads in the game are optional: one appears only when you choose to watch it for a reward, and you can turn ad prompts off under Settings → Hide ad prompts. The ads come from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising identifier to personalise ads, subject to your choices:
- iOS: the game asks for permission to track after your first finished run. If you decline, your IDFA isn't used.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent message asks before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy choices.

Leaderboards
If you're signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your best Endure survival time is sent to Apple or Google to show on the world leaderboard, with the player name you chose there. Apple and Google run these services under their own privacy policies. If you're not signed in, nothing is sent.
3. Analytics
We use GameAnalytics to collect the gameplay events and device information listed above. This data isn't linked to your name or contact details.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers named above (Google AdMob, GameAnalytics, Game Center, Google Play Games, Apple and Google), and only for the purposes described. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for money.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the game and we hold their information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Keeping and deleting data
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game. We keep analytics data only as long as we need it to improve the game, and no longer than 24 months. The game has no accounts, so the simplest way to stop all collection is to uninstall it. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, email us and include the Player ID shown under Settings → About, so we can find it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, California or Texas), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or limit how it's used, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To use any of these rights, email us. We'll reply within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
8. Security
Information the game sends travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as we can.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, mention it in the game's update notes.
