Purchases
I bought the Supporter Edition but it isn't showing
Open Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
What does the Supporter Edition do?
It's a single, one-time purchase. Rewards that normally need an ad are given straight away, with no ad, and you get an ember-gold trim for your character. It doesn't make you stronger.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. Request one through the App Store or Google Play.
Ads
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for a revive, double gold or an extra chest reroll. To stop the offers appearing at all, turn on Settings → Hide ad prompts.
I watched an ad but didn't get the reward
This can happen if the ad was closed early or the connection dropped. Try again; if it keeps happening, email us with your Player ID.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings → Privacy choices. See the privacy policy for details.
Saves and progress
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it, so keep the game installed when you switch it off.
Can I pause a run?
Yes. The game pauses itself when you leave it and resumes from the same moment, so you can split a 30-minute run across sessions.
Settings and accessibility
Under Settings you can turn off screen shake, flashes, damage numbers and haptics, and switch to a left-handed layout.
Devices
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or later. The game plays in portrait, either way up.
